For our client, an international iGaming company, we are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join their team in the role of:
VIP Sales Consultant with German
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with VIP clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support through live chat and email in both German and English.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions, including additional products and services.
- Monitor and analyze client activity to improve retention and conversion rates.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and provide feedback to enhance overall customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends.
- Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while ensuring a high-quality service.

Main Requirements:
- Fluent written and spoken German and English (B2-C1 level).
- Previous experience in sales, account management, customer retention, or a related field within the iGaming, finance, or customer service sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to identify and address customer needs effectively.
- Ability to work on shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proactive attitude with a drive for success and exceeding targets.
