• Provide technical support to clients, helping them troubleshoot and navigate their platform;
•  Resolve complex technical inquiries via popular customer service and project management tools, along with other industry-leading platforms;
•  Collaborate remotely with an international team of technical experts;
•  Analyze technical issues, identify patterns, and suggest improvements for system efficiency;
•  Document technical solutions and improve the knowledge base for future reference.

•  German (B2/C1) and English proficiency;
• Experience in technical support or customer support;
•  Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot software and system-related issues;
•  Familiarity with customer service and project management tools or similar platforms;
