- Provide technical support to clients, helping them troubleshoot and navigate their platform;
- Resolve complex technical inquiries via popular customer service and project management tools, along with other industry-leading platforms;
- Collaborate remotely with an international team of technical experts;
- Analyze technical issues, identify patterns, and suggest improvements for system efficiency;
- Document technical solutions and improve the knowledge base for future reference.

- Experience in technical support or customer support;
