Customer Support with German
Main responsibilities:
- Interacting with clients mainly through chat and email;
- Offering prompt assistance to address requests regarding clients' accounts in the platform;
- Working closely with internal company departments.

Job requirements:
- Fluency in German (C1);
- Good command of English (B2);
