Customer Support Analyst with Norwegian or Danish

The role is - Customer Support Analyst Norwegian or Danish
Tasks:
- Provide solutions to questions/inquiries encountered in money transfer transactions or forward the issue to the relevant units
- Provide timely reply and accurate information on the client\'s request
- Assist customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Requirements:
- Fluency in Norwegian or Danish both written and verbal (C1)
- Working level of English (B2)
- experience in a similar role is desired, but not a must
