(Fully remote) Technical Support Specialist with Dutch/German/French and English

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with the installation, reinstallation, and troubleshooting of software, ensuring optimal security and performance;
- Provide exceptional customer support for antivirus software by addressing account, subscription, and technical inquiries via phone and remote assistance sessions;
- Make independent decisions while adhering to company policies and regulations;
- Manage all aspects of people interactions with professionalism and courtesy;
- Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Dutch, OR French, OR German language (written and spoken, at least B2+ level).
- Good knowledge of English language (B2 level);
- Strong attention to detail;
- Intermediate technical PC knowledge and ability to multitask;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
