Key responsibilities:
-Assist customers via phone, email, and online platforms, providing top-tier support;
-Resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure satisfaction;
-Help users navigate the online tutoring platform and answer product-related questions;
-Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships;
-Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and customer success.
Requirements:
-Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
-Any other language (Italian, Spanish, German, etc.) is a huge plus!
-Previous experience in customer support or similar roles is preferred;
-Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills;
-Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively;
-Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office space;
-Willingness to work night shifts.
