Customer Care Assistant German: Gaming - also part time
Start: asap next starts : 20 th March and 20th April
Working hours: day shift 10:00am-7:00pm, late shifts 12:00 -9:00pm or night only from 5:00 pm-2:00 am and part-timers as well.
Tasks:
As a representative of the brand, you will be expected to deliver high-quality customer service mainly by inbound calls, live chat, email and social media.
As a Customer Support assistant, you will be responsible for handling all communications and assisting our customers with inquiries and issues they may face.
Profile:
- Fluency in German, both written and verbal
- Good command of English, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest in sports
- Work experience in a customer service center is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
- Be organized, decision-making and analytical skills
- Team player with a great attitude
- High school education
