QUALITY MANAGER
We are looking for a QUALITY MANAGER.
Purpose of the job: To ensure compliance with applicable international QMS standards, customer product requirements, and manufacturing procedures to attain customers’ highest quality experience. To authorize stoppage of the production line should there be a major issue that needs to be contained.
Main Deliverables:
Reviews 8D/PDCA Reports and monitor corrective/preventive actions closure and effectiveness;
Reports and highlights to the General Manager and Quality Head;
Reports performance and presents findings of quality issues in order to solicit and recommend holistic system improvement;
Oversees preparation and coordination among cross-functional teams and communication with customers;
Ensures corrective/preventive actions are implemented and closed;
Handles material quality issues. Ensures provision of corresponding 8D report and monitors the effectiveness of action items;
Ensures supplier compliance on quality requirements through regular audits, updated ISO/QMS certificates, and alike;
Monitor and report performance in order to solicit improvements from the concerned department;
Ensures improvement actions are implemented and closed;
Initiate and monitor various internal continual improvement programs;
Drives high level of customer satisfaction rating;
Monitors and evaluates staff performance and manning requirements;
Plans and recommends programs for career and personal growth and development;
Coaches, disciplines, and motivates staff in order to strategically align staff;
Motivates team for performance towards achieving the goals and objectives of the department and company in general;
Fulfill duties in accordance with the Company's policy, objectives and targets;
Observe the Health and Safety at work Regulations;
Maintain the certification of the company’s quality and environmental policy.
Report plant quality KPIs on a group level.
Requirements:
Knowledge of applicable ISO, IPC standards, and other Quality tools;
Certified/experienced Quality auditor;
Excellent oral and written communication;
Highly analytical and attentive to details;
Strong leadership and decision-making;
Experience in People management;
Upper-Intermediate Business English according to the company policy standard;
PC literacy – MS Office.
