On request of our client - Almi GmbH in Austria, for the branch in Bulgaria - a international innovative distribution company in the field of food industry, ISG Personalmanagement is looking for:
Managing Director
Your tasks:
- To lead and develop the sales and marketing activities of the business in line with the company's strategy and objectives at head office
- Achieving the main objective - growing and increasing the customer network
- To communicate regularly with the company's head office in relation to distribution activities
Your profile:
- experience as Managing Director if possible (especially in the food sector would be helpful)
- Excellent strategic, analytical and commercial thinking
- High level of leadership and social skills as well as a sense of responsibility
- Hands-on mentality and strong implementation skills
- Sales-orientated managing director with negotiating skills
- Language skills: English or/and German
- Based in the area of Stara Zagora
