GENERAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

In connection with the large volume of work of our client, we are looking for:

GENERAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR


Main goal of the position: Supervise, ensure, and coordinate the mechanical maintenance activities, in terms of preventive or corrective maintenance

Responsibilities:
• Optimizing the equipment's mechanical operation and promoting the efficiency of the production process;
• Participating in problems identification and correspondent intervention in the machines/ equipment;
• Implementing the necessary preventive mechanical maintenance plan, analyzing the type and periodicity of equipment's inspection;
• Promoting the prolongation of the equipment's lifetime and contributing for the resolution of common breakdowns;
• Analyzing the equipment's mechanical failures and malfunctions and defining the necessary maintenance type; coordinating the execution of corrective maintenance activities;
• Dealing with and contacting external mechanical maintenance service/ equipment providers, along with the Logistics Department, and analyzing their proposals in terms of timings, pricing, and service type; ensuring the follow-up of the provided services;
• Evaluating the needs of plants infrastructure in terms of maintenance and ensuring its resolution;
• Preparing the budget for the Mechanical Maintenance department.


Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrotechnical or related);
• Minimum 2 years of previous industry experience;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English;
• Sound organization and communication skills;
• Team player attitude;
• Leadership skills.
