Production Planning Specialist

Currently we are looking for an experienced:

Production Planning Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Planning, creation, scheduling and tracking of production, rework, and service orders of at least two production lines;
• Moderation of meetings for interdepartmental coordination;
• Participation in international meetings;
• Identification and reporting of deviations and coordination of countermeasures in short- or medium-term projects;
• Supervision and coordination of changes to bills of materials and routings;
• Independent implementation of projects with low complexity and duration with regard to Lean Manufacturing.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics or equivalent, or completed vocational training as an industrial clerk with at least 2 years of professional experience as a production planner;
• Very good analytical thinking as well as a very good understanding of process flows;
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working;
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• SAP knowledge;
• Good communication and documentation skills in English;
• Willingness to work in a clean room under ESD conditions.
