What you'll do as a Sport Support Associate:

• Assist customers with sports product inquiries via phone and chat

• Provide accurate information and keep detailed case records

• Focus on customer satisfaction and expectations

• Help achieve individual and team performance goals

Requirements:

• Speak fluent Portuguese and English

• Have a customer service mindset

• Possess excellent communication skills

• Are proficient in typing and PC use

• Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
