Technical Support Specialists with English
We are currently looking for Technical Support Specialists, to join our client's team in Sofia.
The Technical Support Specialists will be responsible for handling customers` requests and resolving cases pertaining mainly to technical issues.
The roles necessitated an office-based work style.
Requirements:
• Can speak and write English fluently.
• Really good at paying close attention to details, being accurate, and thinking analytically.
Responsibilities:
• Helps customers through email, phone, or chat quickly and accurately.
• Assists security team with installing, setting up, and fixing hardware and software.
• Figures out and fixes problems for customers from start to finish.
• Writes down cases and important lessons to help improve the customer service.
• Checks out new devices that client makes before they're available to the public.
