Merchandiser
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual for the position of Merchandiser to support the growth of sales activities in Bulgaria.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure that stores, shelves, or websites are stocked with appropriate quantities and types of products.
- Display, arrange, price, and rotate products in-store.
- Maintain store shelves by removing outdated or damaged items.
- Monitor inventory based on sales and intake.
- Optimize sales volume and profitability by identifying profitable lines and bestsellers.
- Make recommendations for promotional strategies using sales and pricing data.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with buyers, suppliers, stores, and distributors.
- Prepare reports as needed.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in IT, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand customer preferences.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
- Good command of the English language.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
