Job Description, Responsibilities, and Duties
- Provide 360-degree customer support across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
- Process and manage customer orders from initiation to fulfillment
- Warehouse operations, specifically assembling orders
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and coordinate with logistics partners
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders, inventory levels, and delivery timelines
- Generate and analyze inventory and order reports
- Collaborate closely with a small team to ensure a seamless customer experience and operational efficiency
- Assist with any returns, exchanges, or refunds
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle feedback

Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members in a small, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and basic office applications (e.g., MS Excel, Word).
- A proactive approach to improving customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in Bulgarian and English.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the wellness or retail industry.
- Knowledge of CRM systems or inventory management software.
