Product Trainer

BRIGHTWAYS is an agency working in the field of marketing services and BTL activities. Part of the international group MSPS SA an integrated Marketing and Sales services company, on behalf of adidas company, seeks for a Product Trainer, to be the face of adidas in the wholesale [3rd party retail] sector within Sofia.

Purpose of this role:

Responsible for creating brand experts and brand advocates in the wholesale accounts you operate, using physical and virtual training as well as direct customer and consumer sales activities to lead by example and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enables the network of stores by translating the vision of the company and ensuring an excellent collaboration
• Designing creating and delivering memorable product training both physically and virtually, in accordance with adult learning methodology, facilitation and engagement techniques
• Ensures correct communication for the product through proper training
• Empowering and exciting wholesale team members [retailers] to create unique consumer experiences
• Ensures correct projection through the placement of materials in stores
• Feedback & Reporting through the inhouse app
• Engaging consumers & creating the desire to buy adidas products by continuous promoting and sales support in the stores
• Sharing best practices back to the peer group and the adidas HQ to learn and adapt


Requirements (Education, Certification, Training, And Experience)

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years retail experience, preferably in the apparel and sporting goods industry
• Very good English knowledge
• Tech aware and enabled [Intermediate skills in MS Office and virtual delivery platforms i.e. Zoom]
• A strong relationship builder
• Passionate about sport and fitness
• Excellent communicator and collaborator
