For our growing team in Media Intelligence desk, we`re looking for Subject matter expert with English and Vietnamese languages on a full-time basis.
The Subject matter expert:
Participates in the planning, implementation and monitoring of projects in the Media Intelligence desk, monitors the quality indicators and work distribution.
Participates in on-the-job training.
Acts as a mentor for current and new employees for the project(s), assists with any issues that arise, shares knowledge, experience and good practices.
Supports the continuous development of employees, recognizes their strengths and encourages them to use them to the fullest, works with employees on areas for improvement.
Assists in the coordination of tasks in the team and the distribution of work, is responsible for quality control, proposes and implements improvement measures. Oversees the quality check process for media reports, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with client expectations.
Communicates with external customers for the company. Act as the primary point of contact for clients on operational matters, ensuring smooth communication and addressing their needs promptly.
Works with media intelligence and listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Meltwater) and comfortable with data visualisation tools for presenting insights.
Analyses complex media data to provide actionable insights and identify trends that add value to client reports.
Exhibits excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, internal teams, and analysts while mentoring and guiding team members.
Efficiently manages multiple projects, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality deliverables.
Handles operational challenges effectively and adapt to the dynamic requirements of clients and projects.
Requirements for the role:
Perfect English and Vietnamese language /C1-C2 both written and verbal/
Excellent computer literacy
Proven understanding of social media platforms, trends and tools
Experience with media intelligence and listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Meltwater) and comfortable with data visualisation tools for presenting insights
Organizational qualities and time management skills
Analytical skills and attention to details
People managing skills
Experience managing team would be considered an advantage
