Engineer, Heating, Ventilation, and Cooling Systems

Position Requirements:
- Education and Qualification: Higher technical education in refrigeration, cryogenics, or ventilation engineering (min. 3-year higher educationrequired).
- Languages: Excellent command of English and Ukrainian/Russian languages.
- Professional Experience: Not required, but experience in the field is an advantage.
- Personal Qualities: Initiative, communication skills, organizational skills, and loyalty.
Main Responsibilities:
- Organize and oversee the entire process of equipping commercial fishing with necessary refrigeration and cryogenic systems for food freezing and climate control installations.
- Participate in analyzing information (offers, tests, specifications) received in the company for the implementation of its strategic goals.
- Quality control in the setup, adjustment, and repair of equipment, ensuring adherence to technological discipline.
- Organize and store technical documentation in compliance with the requirements of the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:14001 standards.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the accuracy of calculations for elements in refrigeration and cryogenic freezing systems on the ship.
- Accountable for the correct selection of equipment and liable for damages resulting from improper selection of technology or equipment.
Working Conditions:
- Eight-hour workday (9:00 – 18:00), lunch break.
- Fixed monthly salary with options for advance and final payments.
Competencies:
- Knowledge of technologies and machinery for refrigeration and cryogenic systems, as well as regulation and automation of the corresponding systems.
- Skills in reading diagrams of refrigeration, cryogenic, ventilation, and air conditioning installations.
