MARS Armor is a modern private company based in Bulgaria, EU.We have an integrated CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) system used to ensure the quality control throughout our production processes. The design process begins with a hand-drawn or computer-drawn sketch so the customer can visualize the final item – body armor.
The MARS Armor factory is specialized in the high quality manufacture of bullet-resistance and stab protective equipment for a wide range of uses and for the needs of law enforcement agencies and military forces. Over the years we have established a strong international image as a producer of innovative modular and integrated ballistic systems. The MARS Armor products have satisfied users in over 43 countries worldwide. We are well-versed in import/export regulations, procedures and practices in EU as well as outside of EU.
The most important feature of our products is their reliability, which we guarantee not only with international certificates such as ISO 9001 and AQAP 2110, but also by using an innovative, perfectly interacting production and control system. The company has a ballistic and stab resistance testing facility for continuous quality supervision beginning with the receipt of the raw materials to the final inspection of completed products.
MARS Armor® performs the activities of development, production, testing and delivery of materials and means for ballistic protection in an integrated operating and certified management system meeting the requirements of the international standards:
- ISO 9001 – Quality Management system;
- AQAP 2110 – NATO requirements for quality assurance of design, development and production;
- ISO 14001 – Environment management systems;
The company has assigned NCAGE code 0053U as a manufacturer/trader in the NATO codification system. Many of our items for individual ballistic protection in our product range have obtained a NATO Stock Number (NSN).
