Marketing Automation & Branding Manager

Job Overview:
This dual-role position is designed for a strategic and creative professional with a strong background in UX/UI, marketing automation, and branding. The ideal candidate will lead and coordinate branding strategies, website characterizations, marketing materials, and email marketing campaigns
Key Responsibilities
Automation & Marketing:
• Develop and manage marketing automation strategies, including email marketing, CRM automation, and customer engagement workflows.
• Optimize and implement marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp).
• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, A/B testing, and customer engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing and tech teams to enhance customer journeys and drive retention through automation.
Branding & UX/UI Management:
• Define and execute branding strategies across multiple fintech projects (crypto, banking, payments).
• Manage the UX/UI design process, ensuring user-friendly website and product characterizations.
• Oversee the development of visual identities, brand guidelines, and creative assets.
• Work closely with product teams to ensure branding and user experience consistency across digital platforms.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to enhance brand positioning.
Team & Project Management:
• Lead and coordinate designers, developers, and content creators in the execution of branding and automation projects.
• Define project timelines, deliverables, and workflow structures for marketing and design initiatives.
• Ensure all digital assets align with fintech industry trends, compliance, and innovation.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to align marketing and branding efforts with business objectives.
Requirements
• 2 years of minimum experience in automation marketing, branding, or UX/UI management.
• knowledge of marketing automation tools.
• Experience in UX/UI design principles, website characterizations, and wireframing tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Proficiency in project management tools (Monday.com, Slack, CRM, Jira, other).
• Deep understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and design coordination.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in performance tracking, A/B testing, and optimization.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience in payments, banking, or crypto industries is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on experience in growth hacking, SEO, and paid media.
• Background in front-end development, HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
• Certification in UX/UI design or marketing automation tools is an advantage.
