FREIGHT FORWARDING SPECIALIST - OCEAN

Main responsibilities:

Handling both Import and Export sea freight
Taking care of the entire course of files
Managing shipments from origin to destination to ensure customer satisfaction
Registering the orders in our own IT system; full training will be provided on using our in-house systems
Maintaining contacts with subcontractors and customers (Key accounts management)
Preparing reports for the needs of the management


Requirements :

Self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize in demanding environment with tight deadlines
Excellent time management skills
Ability to build effective working relationships with team members
Proficient with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous experience will be considered as an advantage
