Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems from emails, messages, and calls, while also providing prompt and professional support to our clients. This position requires excellent attention to detail, clear communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate records while assisting customers with their inquiries, ensuring a positive experience on the Handelot platform.
Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data from incoming communications (emails, messages, and phone calls) into Handelot’s database systems with accuracy and efficiency.

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about our platform, services, and processes.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing solutions or directing queries to the appropriate department when necessary.

Cross-check data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards.

Proactively follow up on customer requests and ensure a seamless client experience from start to finish.

Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information handled and uphold data privacy protocols.

Support the team with routine administrative tasks, including data verification, filing, and report generation.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent;

Very good written and verbal communication skills in English; second foreign language is considered an advantage;

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage data entry tasks alongside customer service responsibilities.

Communication skills, with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Ability to multitask effectively, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.

Problem-solving skills and patience in handling customer inquiries.

Additional training in data entry, customer service, or administration is a plus.

Experience with CRM or database software is considered an advantage.
