What you will do:

• Ensure responsive and consistent support across various channels—including live chat, email, and social media;

• Guide users through account setup, login difficulties, verification steps, financial inquiries, and general platform navigation;

• Communicate with customers clearly, empathetically, and effectively;

• Share suggestions and insights to help improve support workflows and enhance customer satisfaction.
