Payment Solution Specialist
An online broker Avatrade located in Sofia is seeking a strongly committed candidate for a non-client facing funds administrator/support position in the company’s international back-office team.
As a Payment Specialist you will be assisting with various administrative duties as well as responsibilities include processing international customers’ deposits, withdrawals, settlements, clearances, record maintenance, etc. under regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
Processing client’s withdrawal request within agreed timeline and processes
Perform financial related actions in Clients accounts within agreed timeline:
o Withdrawals
o Deposits
o Bonus
o Internal transfers
o Adjustments (debit, credit, payments)
Manage customer facing team’s inquiries tickets relating to client financial actions
Follow the BO department’s procedures, protocols, company regulations and best practices.
Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative KPI targets.
Bring new hires in the team up to speed (according to TL directions)
Requirements:
Able to work 5 days/shifts a week, between extended business hours (7:00 – 21:00) Sunday through Friday.
Knowledge of financial systems/processors (Credit card / Ewallet / Skrill / Neteller / PayPal, etc.). minimum 1 year – very important
Banking or financial services experience, banks deposits and withdrawals processing. minimum 1 year -very important
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office – a must
Proven track record of demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and precision in previous roles.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in data and documentation.
Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Keen eye for detail, with the ability to spot even the smallest inaccuracies or deviations.
Proficient in utilizing relevant tools, software, or systems to support precise work.
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure precise outcomes.
