Content Moderation & Trust Advisor with German and English

For our client, an international outsourcing company, we are looking for a skilled professional for the position of:

✅ Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, videos) in German, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
✅ Identify and escalate harmful, offensive, or illegal content, maintaining a safe online environment.
✅ Investigate reports submitted by users regarding policy violations, fraud, or inappropriate behavior.
✅ Ensure fairness and neutrality in decision-making while respecting cultural sensitivities.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to improve moderation processes and enhance platform trust & safety.

✔ Fluent written and spoken German (C1/C2) and English.
✔ Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.

✔ Experience in content moderation, customer support, or trust & safety is a plus.
✔ Availability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
