For our client, an international outsourcing company, we are looking for a professional for the position of a:
Live Chat Support Agent (German Market)
Main responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers mainly through email and live chat as well as per phone;
- Advising and informing customers regarding client's products and services;
- Assisting customers with inquiries and issues they may face;
- Finding solutions to customer's problems.

- Excellent verbal and written German (C1 level);
- Good command of the English language (B1 level);
