What you'll do as a Sport Support Associate:
- Assist customers with sports product inquiries via phone and chat
- Provide accurate information and keep detailed case records
- Focus on customer satisfaction and expectations
- Help achieve individual and team performance goals
Requirements:
- Speak fluent Polish and English
- Have a customer service mindset
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Are proficient in typing and PC use
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
