German-Speaking Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support and handle inquiries over the phone;
• Resolve customer issues effectively and follow up to ensure satisfaction;
• Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and policies;
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to address customer needs.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in German (C1 level);
