Non-voice Customer Care Partner with Polish (No Previous Experience Required)

Customer Care Partner with Polish for a non-voice project.

Main responsibilities:

• Offering assistance to users of an online platform;
• Interacting with clients exclusively through email and live chat to discuss the company\'s products;
• Keeping customers informed about new requirements and website policies;
• Working closely with internal company departments.

Job requirements:

• Proficiency in Polish (B2) and English (B2);
• Willingness to work late shifts;
