Our partner is a leading outsourcing company, providing services to international clients. They are looking for Non-Voice Customer Support with English to join their team as it is expanding.
Main Responsibilities:
- Addressing customer concerns and offering the most effective solution;
- Promoting additional products or services;
- Delivering customer assistance via live chat and email;
- Solving issues while maintaining exceptional service and product standards for company customers.

- Excellent verbal and written English (C1 Level);
- Previous experience in customer support positions will be an advantage.
