Non-voice Customer Support with German (New Company)
Main responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely and professional manner;

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to account access, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay;

Maintain a thorough understanding of our casino games, sports betting options, promotions, and policies to effectively assist customers.

Job requirements:

Fluency in German/ French/ Spanish or Italian;

Excellent level of English (B2);

Availability to work 8-hour shift with 24/7 coverege;

Being able to work from the office in Sofia;

Knowledge or experience in the online gambling industry will be considered as an advantage.
