Customer Support Agent with German for a Sports Platform
Main responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers mainly through email and live chat as well as per phone;
- Advising and informing customers regarding client's products and services;
- Assisting customers with inquiries and issues they may face;
- Finding solutions to customer's problems.
