Chat and Email Support with Spanish/ Italian or French

Main responsibilities:

• Interacting with clients through email and live chat to resolve their inquiries;

• Working closely with internal company departments;

• Offering prompt assistance to address requests.

Job requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish/ Italian or French (C1);

• Good level of English (B2);

• Experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage;

• Being able to work from the office in Sofia.
