Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Assistant to join our ICT team at TP-Link Bulgaria EOOD in Sofia. The successful candidate will be responsible for wholesaling the company’s information and telecommunications goods and services, handling specialized information, and processing sales orders and CN. This position requires on-site presence in our office.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Management for existing distribution and B2B Channels:
• Accept orders from TP-Link’s Channel partners and process them via company’s internal system (Sales are of ICT equipment)
• Type in prices and register credit notes for target markets.
• Update customer information and prepare various sales reports for target market, such as stock, sales, and price checking reports.
2. Collaboration and Coordination:
• Discuss with the General Manager and Sales Managers the needs of new and existing customers and inform customers about products’ availability and delivery terms.
• Report to management about possible improvements of customer experience.
• Work closely with GM, Sales Managers, and relevant departments to ensure efficient operation in terms of product availability, delivery, and after-sales service.
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors when required by the Employer’s immediate needs.
Requirements for the Candidates:
•Educational requirements: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Business, or other relevant field.
• Basic Requirements for Experience and Qualifications:
•Perfect knowledge of MS Excel.
•Basic knowledge of handling Sales Orders and CNs.
•Good skills in communication, multitasking, English proficiency, customer service.
•Friendly and positive attitude.
• Experience that would give a Strong Advantage:
•At least 3 years of relevant experience in the field of commerce and sales of IT-related products.
•Experience and knowledge in the areas of information hardware and telecommunications.
