- Build and nurture strong relationships with players, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the platform;
- Provide expert assistance addressing any issues and offering personalized solutions;
- Analyze player feedback and behavior to identify ways to improve their engagement.
What You Bring:
- Fluency in Romanian OR German – clear, effective communication is key;
- Good command of English;
- Proven experience in customer support or sales;
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and client-centric approach.
