Our client is an international service company. They are looking for an:

Email&Chat Customer Support Agent with French

Responsibilities:

· Support customers with account-related questions via chat and email.
· Collaborate closely with other team members and colleagues in the office.
· Assist in creating and translating content for marketing purposes, such as for emails, blogs and social networks.
· Deliver high standard services.

Requirements:

· Fluent in French and good English skills;
· Excellent communication and analytical skills.
· Has great attention to detail and is well organized.
· Ability to easily deal with challenging situations.
· Desire to collaborate in a team.
· Excellent computer skills.
