Key responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles, with a strong focus on customer support positions in different languages.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet role requirements and align with our company culture.
- Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and manage relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide a positive candidate experience and represent the company professionally.
Requirements:
- Native Serbian speaker with fluent English proficiency—this is essential for the role.
- At least 1.5+ years of experience in corporate recruitment, specifically in customer support and similar roles.
- Proven experience in recruiting for multilingual positions.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Must be based in Sofia and able to work on-site in our office.
