We provide permanent and talent leasing recruitment solutions for the Engineering, ICT, and Multilingual sectors. We are looking for candidates for one of our clients based in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role is -Customer Support with English and German
Tasks:
- Answer Inquiries
- Resolve Issues
- Update information
- Update documentation
- Ensure Satisfaction
- Offer Guidance
- Analyze issues
- Assess reports
- Implement Fixes
Requirements:
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.
- Fluency in German or Dutch, both written and verbal
- Working level of English
- Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
Customer Service (90-95% email & chat support + 5-10% inbound phone calls)
Working hours: Monday-Sunday 10:00 am - 2:00 am
Training: 2 weeks+ 2 weeks nesting
Working model: on-site
Languages: German at C1, English B1
Salary: 3800 BGN gross + taxi voucer if the shift finishes late + extra payment per hour after 10 PM ( New! + 1000 BGN signing Bonus
