Working hours: Mon-Fri 9:00 am-5:30 pm, 9:30 am-6:00 pm, 10:00-6:30 pm, 10:30 am-7:00 pm on rotation
Training: 2 months from the office, after that 70% home, 30% office
Tasks:

Handling Business Clients’ Technical requests via outbound calls, ticketing system and remote sessions

Analyzing service performance issues

Setting case priority depending on the client needs

Providing relevant solutions through established procedures

Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction

Collaborating with other team members to provide high-quality support

Languages: Czech C1 / C1-, English B2
