Must speak fluent/native level of English language and have a legal right to work in Bulgaria. We do not sponsor working visas.
About the job:
You will be giving instructions, answering questions, and helping resolve customer issues over the phone and email. Basic computer literacy required and problem-solving skills in order to succeed in this role.
We provide fully paid training.
SALARY: BGN 1,800 before tax (gross ) DURING Probation period (3 months), BGN 2,000 before tax (gross) AFTER probation period . After training and probation period there is a Potential to earn additional 600 BGN before tax (gross) as Performance Incentive (based in key performance indicators). There is a possibility to work hybrid, it can be discussed after probation period completion.
