Sales Support Intern
This role will enhance Medtronic's service to customers by providing support and strengthening relationships with referring physicians. By driving trust and promoting advanced therapies, you'll help grow our presence in Arrhythmology and boost revenue through improved patient outcomes and increased market share.
Internship Details:
-Start Date: May/June
-Duration: 12 months
-Based in: Sofia
-Working time: 40 h/week with flexibility
- Working model: hybrid plus training on site
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Complete all training on time with the highest possible grades.
- Participate in procedural support and daily technical discussions with your mentor.
- After obtaining certification, provide technical support to physicians in accordance with specific Operating Unit (OU) and therapy requirements.
- Develop and drive initiatives to strengthen the network between implanting centers and referring physicians.
- Build trust with referring physicians to enhance brand compliance and position Medtronic as the company of choice.
- Educate referring physicians on the clinical evidence supporting defined therapies, demonstrating improved patient outcomes.
Required Knowledge:
-Recently graduated or in the final year of studies in Technical Engineering, Medical Engineering, Medical Technicians, Life Sciences, or a related field.
-Fluency in English and Bulgarian language
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
-Good interpersonal skills, communication skills; potential to build strong business relationships with customers.
-Driving License
