Job Description:

Are you a compassionate and communicative Psychologist/Psychotherapist looking for an exciting opportunity in the heart of Sofia/Bulgaria? We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our corporate on-site environment, providing invaluable mental health and wellbeing support to employees. The ideal candidate should already reside in Bulgaria or possess a valid working permit. This is a full time position on a consultant/self employed base. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular 1:1 health and wellbeing support sessions, tailored to individual needs and incorporating various therapeutic techniques.

• Facilitate engaging group coaching sessions covering diverse topics such as stress management, mindfulness and building up resilience.

• Design and deliver psycho-educational training sessions for employees, fostering knowledge and self-management skills.

• Be prepared to handle emergency situations with composure and confidentiality, ensuring employee stability and appropriate follow-up.

• Foster trust and engagement through visible presence and proactive interaction with employees.

Additional Tasks:

• Collaborate with the Wellbeing lead and colleagues on strategic initiatives and activities.

• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and reporting duties.

• Contribute to the development of innovative activities to enhance employee wellbeing.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in mental health, social work, psychology, or related field.

• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

• Minimum of three years of supervised client-facing clinical experience, including group sessions.

• Membership or practitioner status with a regulatory association in Bulgaria.

• Commitment to continuous professional development and supervision.

• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.

• Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and work flexible shifts.
