HR Specialist

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing the recruitment process for an entry and mid positions 
• Cooperating with Hiring Managers in terms of arranging the interviews and communication with candidates
•     Coordinating the onboarding and offboarding process
•     Arranging documentation and conducting HR administration duties
•       Supporting a local office in administrative duties

 Apply, if:

•  You have at least six months of experience in recruitment/ HR generalist position
• You speak English fluently to communicate freely with candidates and within the organization
• You are willing to work from the office in Plovdiv with a possibility of home office
• You are goal oriented with high motivation and capability of multitasking
• You feel comfortable in an organization with a non-corporate culture and international environment
