Client relations specialist with German for a non-voice project.
Main responsibilities:
- Offering assistance to users of an online platform;
- Interacting with clients exclusively through email and live chat to discuss the company\'s products;
- Keeping customers informed about new requirements and website policies;
- Working closely with internal company departments.

- Proficiency in German (B2) and English (B2);
