Our client is a serious forex company who has been operating in Bulgaria for a while. Their team is growing and currently they are looking for a:
Retention Agent
Responsibilities:
• Work with existing clients of the company
• Maintain and develop successful client relationships
• Provide information and training to clients regarding the services offered
• React to client's requests promptly and in a professional manner
Requirements:
• Fluency in English;
• Previous experience as Retention/Sales in a forex company!
• Must have strong communication and negotiations skills.
• Team Player - open to share knowledge and experience - to help the Team performance and results.
• Able to think outside the box and ready to step out of his/her comfort zone.
• Has strong, energetic mindset and fighting spirit.
• Excellent computer skills.
