Leasing Collections Specialist
Main Responsibilities:
- Contact customers with overdue payments via phone, email, or in person to agree on solutions and repayment plans.
- Work with external agencies and legal teams to manage repossessions, recover assets, and resolve disputes.
- Handle contract terminations and support legal actions for unpaid accounts.
- Keep accurate records of all collection activities and update internal systems regularly.
- Support the remarketing of recovered assets, from repossession to final sale, ensuring quick and fair outcomes.
- Ensure all collection and asset recovery activities align with leasing agreements, contract terms, and industry-specific regulations.

Job Requirements:
- Fluency in English (C1);
- Fluency in Bulgarian (C1);
- Degree in Economics or Business Administration, preferably majoring in accounting;
- At least 2+ years of experience in the leasing area;
- Experience in Collections processes in a complex business environment;
- Strong negotiation, communication, and time-management skills.
