Quality manager
Responsibilities

Reviewing and approving project plans, designs, and specifications to ensure that they comply with quality requirements and best practices

Coordinating and supervising quality inspections and tests on materials, equipment, and workmanship at various stages of construction

Identifying and resolving quality issues and non-conformities, and implementing corrective and preventive actions

Preparing and maintaining quality documentation and records, such as quality plans, inspection reports, test results, and certificates

Monitoring compliance with technical execution procedures for works

Preparation of all documents necessary for the elaboration of the construction book

Communicating and collaborating with project managers, engineers, architects, contractors, suppliers, and clients on quality matters

Conducting quality audits and reviews to evaluate the effectiveness and performance of quality management systems and processes

Providing quality training and guidance to project staff and subcontractors
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, codes, and standards related to construction quality
Requirements
- Diploma of Engineer of a Faculty / University in the field of road and/or bridge construction or similar.
CV and supporting documents attesting the minimum professional experience in execution of transport infrastructure works (road, railway, subway)
A certification from a recognized organization, such as the International Organization for Standardization (ISO 9001/45001).
At least five years of experience in construction quality management or a related field
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in using computer software, such as Microsoft Office
Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
