EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Your Role at a Glance:

• This is not just an administrative role — it’s an opportunity to work closely with the General Manager and take part in driving strategic goals. As a Business Operations Assistant, you will be a trusted partner, providing essential support in both administrative and operational capacities. You’ll act as a liaison, manage key projects, and optimize workflows, enabling the General Manager to focus on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executive Support: Act as the right hand of the General Manager, managing their schedule (meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate travel arrangements), communications, and priorities.  
• Operational Coordination: Assist in overseeing business processes, tracking project progress, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Communication Liaison: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure clear communication and smooth collaborations.
• Project Management: Support the General Manager in planning and executing strategic projects, monitoring deadlines, and preparing reports.
• Data & Reporting: Gather and present key data to aid in decision-making and strategy development.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the organization and propose innovative solutions.
• Event Planning: Organize team events, meetings, and presentations, ensuring all logistics are handled with precision.
• Administrative Excellence: Handle correspondence, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and document management with precision.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher).
• Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
  
• Experience: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Operations Assistant, or similar role.
• Skills: Exceptional organization, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with office tools - Excel, and CRM systems.
• Problem-Solver: A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve challenges.
• Professionalism: High levels of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Adaptability: Thrives in dynamic environments and can navigate shifting priorities with ease.
• Valid driver's license.
