Exciting opportunity to join one of the leading IT companies in the world. We are hiring      Customer Service Team      representatives for our new offices in Bulgaria!  NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!!! Role available ASAP after interview stages! We have multiple vacancies available! 

Must speak fluent/native level of English language and have a legal right to work in Bulgaria. We do not sponsor working visas.

About the job:

You will be giving instructions, answering questions, and helping resolve customer issues over the phone and email. Basic computer literacy required and problem-solving skills in order to succeed in this role.

We provide fully paid training.

SALARY:  BGN 1,600-1,800  before tax (gross  ) DURING Probation period  (3 months),  BGN  2,000   before tax (gross)  AFTER probation period  . After training and probation period there is a Potential to earn  additional 600 BGN  before tax (gross) as Performance Incentive (based in key performance indicators).  There is a possibility to work hybrid, it can be discussed after probation period completion.
