Customer Support Agent with German for a Sports Platform

Main responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers mainly through email and live chat as well as per phone;
• Advising and informing customers regarding client\\\'s products and services;
• Assisting customers with inquiries and issues they may face;
• Finding solutions to customer\\\'s problems.
